Note: Bishop’s Park gets locked at 19.00 hours in
winter, so there will be an on-time start.
Turnham Green is on the District Line (Ealing Broadway and
Richmond Branches) and on the Piccadilly Line and in Zones 2 and
3.
Scenic stretch of the Thames Path, passing the large Bishop’s Park plus
some pocket parks, many south-facing riverside hostelries, historic houses and
some interesting new builds, while providing ever changing vistas along and
across the Thames. Finish through Chiswick’s lively centre. At the end, along
Devonshire Road, Chiswick High Road and Turnham Green Terrace we will have lots
of choice for drinks or food.
