N=10 at the station, including 2 first-timers, with an n=11 th catching up later. Another w=sunny day.
There’s an error in the GPS route after leaving the station, you are led down the right side of the wood and field instead of the left. This results in the Martyrs memorial being missed, one of the more interesting features of the morning. Mr Tiger is still sulking about this. However, he did get a good view of the back of Tescos instead,
A section through suburbia followed, a tangle of barely navigable twists and turns where a few went adrift.
Eventually Chalfont St Giles was reached. Some picnicked on the green, others made for the Feathers with its rather limited selection of drinks and no food. The others joined later, and a kindly benefactor provided chocolate.
Then on. The afternoon being more straightforward and perhaps more enjoyable than the morning. One or two stopped at Seasons, but the majority caught the 16:22.
