Saturday Walk: Lewes to Seaford via West Firle

13.9 miles / 22.3 km

This is a very fine downland walk, starting with a climb up and over the downs to Glynde (you can also start at Glynde to shorten to walk).  The route continues to the Ram Inn at West Firle for lunch, before heading up over the downs again to reach the sea at Bishopstone, and a short coastal walk to Seaford.

Trains: 9:55 London Bridge, 10:12 East Croydon, 10:58 Lewes.
Return trains from Seaford at xx:27/xx:55.  Buy a return to Seaford.

Lunch: An early lunch at the popular Ram Inn, West Firle, (01273 858222).
