12 walkers bought tickets, but one was unwell, so n=11.

We gathered at The Kitchen in Barbican for our pre-theatre F&B. The place was very busy. Thanks to one walker who came early and claimed a very large table so we could all sit together.

The play was funny and uplifting, but it also touched on uncomfortable truth like racism and social division that are still relavent today. It was multi-layered and thought provoking.

At the interval and after the play, we had engaging discussions. Some felt it was lack of a common thread carrying through the play whilst others thought it reflected what the real life was all about, a bit of everything like a soup of minestrone. Whatever it was, all of us enjoyed the evening....
