11 walkers assembled in the park to have an extensive look at the sculptures. 30 minutes later we re-assembled to exchange opinions (consensus: a better selection than last year), and move on. It did go unnoticed at the time though that 1 of the 9 (2 had already moved on) was a late arrival, so - inadvertendly - we left one other walker behind. Apologies to her!
We got to the top of Primrose Hill for 20.00 hours, with still just a smidgeon of light in the sky and a great panorama. Yours truly confidently identified the big white thing as 'The Moon', the more show offy types in the group though pointed at Jupiter and Saturn. But it could've been Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos in their respective spaceships, for all we know. The jury's very much out on that one, I'd say...
On to The Princess of Wales, after some not-so-great experience last year at The Pembroke Castle. We had a large table downstairs to ourselves, and left at 22.00 hours.
