A really enjoyable walk. We (n=2) reached the Rose & Crown just before noon for a leisurely Christmas lunch. Arrived at Robertsbridge around 4pm accompanied by a slight drizzle (the weather having been w=calm-and-overcast most of the day) to enjoy a couple of Christmas drinks before our journey back to London. An excellent start to the Christmas and New Year break.
