Over ten years since I last went on this walk. Certainly did not disappoint and wondered just why I'd left it so long. (Would be happy to repeat this walk next week, certainly wont leave it so long again.) A glorious day #hot_and_sunny. Arrived at the recently re-opened Cove PH, Fairlight just after 2pm - a worthy alternative to the now permanently closed Smugglers Inn at Pett Level. After which on into Rye where the #2 of us had a drink and light meal before catching the 19:48 back.
