A gentle, undulating walk with some fine views which goes through
Stafford Wood a local nature reserve and a site of special scientific interest.
In the afternoon you will visit the village of Crowhurst with its ancient churchyard yew tree – so
large and old you can stand inside it.

n=7 Damp start with morning drizzle, lots of mud, friendly welcome in the Royal Oak and a fine afternoon. Waterlogged fields and did I mention the mud? Good company but a bit of a slog through the general wetness and mud!
